FaZe Clan, the four qualifiers and other HCS partner teams will compete for a chance to become champion and claim a lion&#8217;s share of its $250,000 (~\u00a3196,847) prize pool.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<div id=\"esi-paragraph-6818b12c2cd83\" class=\"esi-paragraph \">\n<p>In addition to the main competition, the HCS Atlanta Major will feature a $5,000 (~\u00a33,936) free-for-all tournament which is free for spectators and players to compete in. FaZe Clan is one of four organisations hosting an <a href=\"https:\/\/www.halowaypoint.com\/news\/2024roadmap\">HCS Major in 2024<\/a>. It joins OpTic Gaming, Spacestation and <a href=\"https:\/\/esportsinsider.com\/2024\/01\/quadrant-investment-willne-co-owner\" target=\"_blank\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/esportsinsider.com\/2024\/01\/quadrant-investment-willne-co-owner\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Quadrant<\/a> as event hosts running until October when the 2024 Halo World Championship heads to Seattle.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<div id=\"esi-paragraph-6818b12c2d34e\" class=\"esi-paragraph \">\n<p>The HCS continues to show promising signs of growth in the FPS sector. The 2024 Arlington Major hit peak viewing figures of 109,760, according to <a href=\"https:\/\/escharts.com\/tournaments\/halo5\/halo-championship-series-2024-arlington-major-halo5\">esports data platform Esports Charts, <\/a>with FaZe Clan featuring in three of the five most-watched matches of the event.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<div id=\"esi-paragraph-6818b12c2d927\" class=\"esi-paragraph \">\n<p>For FaZe Clan, hosting the Atlanta Major marks its first event collaboration following its merger with North American holding company GameSquare in March 2024. Elsewhere, the organisation has continued expanding its partnership portfolio. In February, it launched an energy drink flavour with energy drink brand <a href=\"https:\/\/esportsinsider.com\/2024\/02\/faze-clan-launches-new-energy-drink-flavour-with-ghost\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/esportsinsider.com\/2024\/02\/faze-clan-launches-new-energy-drink-flavour-with-ghost\">GHOST<\/a>.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<div id=\"esi-paragraph-6818b12c2def4\" class=\"esi-paragraph \">\n<p><strong>Justin Kenna, CEO of GameSquare<\/strong>, spoke on hosting the event: &#8220;As our first major collaboration with FaZe Clan officially in the GameSquare ecosystem, we are thrilled to be partnering with 343 Industries to bring the Halo Championship Series to Atlanta.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<div id=\"esi-paragraph-6818b12c2e4bd\" class=\"esi-paragraph \">\n<p>&#8220;This moment combines for the first time GameSquare\u2019s event production expertise alongside FaZe Clan\u2019s unmatched esports pedigree.
